hello, well this is the problem..

This is a common problem. Set your hotkeys then log off (not exit game). If that doesn't work, you can try different things until it does.

By the way, Red, next time use "edit" instead of double posting or making new topics.

I tried doing that, several time, but the problem persisted.
so nexon wanted a screen shot..so yea.
i also deleted the game, and downloaded a new one..but still the problem persisted.
so hopefully this helps..

hey kam, you mentioned its "common"...can you explain, do u have friends that had this?..can you ask them how they got rid of this issue?..

jack had this issue, but he said that it went away or something..so it was fixed..somehow..

Are you sure you're logging off normally? (Like without using task manager to close it or forced close Mab: alt + f4)
Because normally when you log off, it saves your hotkeys. And also make sure your internet explorer is up to date

Alt+f4, i never use that. It makes computer and game very slow.
And id even know that theirs a task manager...so no.

Yea, i know, before i logged off the same way, and the hotkeys and pet als got saved..but now my pet als get saved but not the hotkeys.

Log off-->(I C that box, where it says saving character info)--> then it leads me to the fountain, where u c other characters to play with--->then back--> then exit. and after, i that advertisement, that comes after u exit the game, which too me means that i have logged out successfully...but not really since my hotkeys get reset. ;/

Have you tried putting the game in widowed mode?

I play on windowed mode..idk what difference that would make..but ill try the full screen..

You can just click on the edges and drag it around in windowed mode.

its better on window mode for me..I dont like when the screen turns when u move ur mouse on the side.. but yea thanks for help. im just waiting on nexon to respond.
